Upon placing an order for course materials through the app or website, we will promptly send a confirmation email to acknowledge your request. This confirmation serves as information only and does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The binding contract between us will be established
when you receive an invoice for applicable charges or a dispatch confirmation of your order, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to decline orders due to factors such as insufficient stock, obvious errors, or inaccuracies in the goods or prices displayed on the platform.
For ease of access, all course-related content, including video lectures, will be made available to you via the app or sent to your registered email within 24 working hours of placing the order. Clear instructions for accessing and downloading the content will be provided in the email.

Jurisdiction:
Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Venue:
The parties agree that the appropriate venue for any legal action or proceedings shall be the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
